Return 

You can cancel your order or return a product by following these guidelines:

(a) Notify us within 7 working days of receiving your order.

(b) Ship the product back within 3 working days of receiving a confirmation email with the return address.

(c) Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

(d) Follow the specified return procedure.

If you’ve received a faulty product, we apologize sincerely. Our jewelry undergoes rigorous quality control before shipping. Please send us a clear photo of the damage within 7 working days of receiving your order. We’ll review and consider issuing a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Return Procedure 

To initiate a return, kindly email us with the following details: product(s) ID, order number, relevant photo (if applicable), and reason for return. Expect a response within 2 working days, containing the return address. Please note, you are responsible for return postage costs, except in cases of faulty or incorrectly sent products, where we cover the return postage.

Refunds 

• We will refund the price paid for any product(s) returned in compliance with this policy.

• Original delivery charges or import/duty taxes related to returned product(s) will not be refunded.

• Costs incurred in returning the product(s) to us will not be refunded unless they are faulty or sent in error.

• Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.

• A 20% restocking fee will be applied, except for defective products.

• We endeavor to process refunds within 3 working days upon receipt of the returned product(s).

• If a product is returned in violation of this policy, we will not issue a refund or exchange the product(s).
